Founded and led by Jerry Molefi Nkeli, Jerry Nkeli Attorneys & Associates stands on a legacy of justice, human rights advocacy, and legal excellence. With over 25 years in legal practice, Jerry Nkeli is not only a respected litigator but also a trailblazer — the first known black paraplegic to qualify as an attorney in South Africa.
 

Jerry began his legal journey with a B.Proc from the University of the North and rose through the ranks, gaining extensive experience in medical negligence, personal injury, and disability law. His career includes high-impact roles such as Commissioner at the South African Human Rights Commission, and he has played a pivotal role in shaping legislation around disability rights, ethics, and equality.
 

His work has spanned both local and international platforms — from providing legislation advice on the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act (PEPUDA) chapter on disability discrimination to the United Nations, where he represented South Africa on the Standard Rules on the Equalisation of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities. Under his leadership, the firm is known for its grit, diligence, and fearless litigation, winning complex cases and educating clients across provinces from offices in Rosebank and Pretoria.
